Clinical Effectiveness

In studies NEAR-1 and NEAR-2, a higher percentage of patients receiving QLOSI achieved a 3-line or greater improvement in near vision without losing distance vision, compared to vehicle. Effects began within 20 minutes post-dose and lasted up to 8 hours, supporting its use for temporary restoration of near visual acuity in presbyopic adults.
