How should I use Qlosi(Pilocarpine HCl ophthalmic solution 0.4%)?

The recommended dose is one drop per eye, up to twice daily, with possible redosing after 2–3 hours.

Administration Guidelines

Patients should instill one drop of QLOSI in each eye. A second dose may be administered after 2–3 hours to extend the effect up to 8 hours. It can be used daily or as needed. If using other eye drops, allow at least 5 minutes between applications. Each vial is for single use only and must be discarded after administration.
