Dasatinib (Sprycel) is a multi-targeted inhibitor against tyrosine kinases, which exerts anti-cancer effects by blocking multiple key tumor signaling pathways. With its unique "dual mechanism", it can not only act on the active conformation of ABL kinase but also bind to the inactive conformation, thereby effectively overcoming a variety of imatinib-resistant mutations.

Indications for Dasatinib (Sprycel)

Indications for Adult Patients

Newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase.

Patients with chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase (myeloid or lymphoid) CML who are resistant or intolerant to previous treatments (including imatinib).

Patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who are resistant or intolerant to previous treatments.

Indications for Pediatric Patients (Children Aged 1 Year and Older)

Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase.

Newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), which needs to be used in combination with chemotherapy.
